Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the selected courier service.
Occasionally, Ukuzithanda&Co may offer free shipping promotions.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS so you can monitor your parcel’s journey.

Ukuzithanda&Co is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect addresses or contact details.
Damaged or Lost Parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged or appears to be lost, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery or the expected delivery date.
We’ll work with the courier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Collection Option
Customers based in Pretoria East may choose to collect their orders by appointment where available.
