Salon Services
Appointments cancelled more than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may be rescheduled.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment or failure to attend may result in the booking fee being forfeited.
Completed beauty services are non-refundable.
Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error made by Ukuzithanda&Co.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed.
Processing Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
